At the beginning time, I have no idea about Connection. So I made a mind map and chose three ideas. In my first idea, I intended to express the friend connection but I don’t have specific idea so I had to give it up. In the end, I decided to draw phone to describe the connection. Because I think the phone is the connection between human and the information, people can get quickly the information which they want. After that, I drew a short storyboard and I added some electronic elements in my storyboard, such as electronic wave.
In this project, I know how to draw pattern and change their shape in the After effect. But I’m not satisfied with the animation. Firstly, I think I still not understand this theme and I don’t explain it perfectly. Moreover, this is my first time to use it to make an animation so I find that there are many skills I ‘m not familiar with it, I spent a lot of time to find these buttons and modify my animation. If I have more time I am going to reconsider theme and make my animation more relevant to the theme. In addition, I want to add more details in my video because current animation is simple. Perhaps, I can attempt to use more ways to enrich my animation.
